In 2006 Villa & Riva designed the plant in Barzano’ (LC) for the storage and handling of hanging and ganging garments, footwear, accessories and sports equipment of all kinds. Over the years, Villa & Riva has developed wording procedures and acquired the necessary know-how to manage these markets at its best, proposing specific solutions for every need an offering a traceable, reliable and fast service.
Services, in detail:
- Warehouse storage of articles in dedicated compartments, giving visibility to the different types of goods, facilitating sorting, dispatch preparation and picking
- Order collection and packaging line feeding
- Procurement management, reception and customs clearance
- Ironing, pressing and reconditioning garments to be returned to the processing cycle after careful restoration
- Products customization with labelling, anti-shoplifting and packaging
- Standard or customized packaging
- Quality control of semi-finished and finished products
- Preparation for distribution to retail outlets and/or private customers
- Specialized transports also for hanging garments to companies, retail outlets and private customers
- Management of returns and end-of-season returns.
