1998

Villa & Riva was founded in 1998, in the town of Bulciago (LC) to offer logistics and transport services to small/medium and large companies located throughout Brianza.

2000

Starting in 2000, it began an expansion process, which is still ongoing, that saw the acquisition of new sites in Novedrate (CO) and the former AUTOBIANCHI industrial park in Desio (MB).

2006

In 2006, the Barzano’ (LC) site was opened, specializing in the packaging and storage of sports equipment and clothing.

2009

In 2009, due to the need to centralize operations and management flows, the Bulciago, Novedrate and Desio warehouses were unified at the new industrial hub in Cassago Brianza (LC).

2016/18

Between 2016 and 2018, the acquisition of important contracts in the domestic and international cosmetics market necessitated the further expansion of work and storage space, which occurred first with the opening of a new location in the town of Nibionno (LC), and then with the acquisition of additional storage space within the industrial hub of Cassago Brianza (LC).

2020

Villa & Riva acquired 22,000 sqm of warehouse space in Pandino (CR), within a newly built LEED Gold certified facility, creating a dedicated logistics hub for the cosmetics industry.
The hub integrates logistics services with filling, packaging, customer care and e-commerce operations, offering a fully coordinated, all-in-one solution.

2025

Inauguration of a fully integrated AutoStore and conveyor system, installed in the Pandino (CR) facility to automate the entire logistics chain for the cosmetics market. The structure includes smart technologies for advanced management of storage, picking, lot tracking, and packaging operations, enhancing capacity, traceability, and responsiveness in integrated logistics services.

2026

Villa & Riva inaugurated a state-of-the-art integrated AutoStore and conveyor system, designed and installed at the Pandino (CR) facility to automate the entire cosmetics logistics supply chain.
The system features intelligent technologies for advanced storage, picking, batch management and packaging, significantly enhancing capacity, traceability and responsiveness across integrated logistics services.
Quality and Safety We have implemented an internal quality system that we constantly monitor and update with audits, reports, certified procedures and verification meetings to ensure flawless service and simple, clear and efficient workflows.
