1998

Villa & Riva was founded in 1998, in the town of Bulciago (LC) to offer logistics and transport services to small/medium and large companies located throughout Brianza.

2000

Starting in 2000, it began an expansion process, which is still ongoing, that saw the acquisition of new sites in Novedrate (CO) and the former AUTOBIANCHI industrial park in Desio (MB).

2006

In 2006, the Barzano’ (LC) site was opened, specializing in the packaging and storage of sports equipment and clothing.

2009

In 2009, due to the need to centralize operations and management flows, the Bulciago, Novedrate and Desio warehouses were unified at the new industrial hub in Cassago Brianza (LC).

2016/18

Between 2016 and 2018, the acquisition of important contracts in the domestic and international cosmetics market necessitated the further expansion of work and storage space, which occurred first with the opening of a new location in the town of Nibionno (LC), and then with the acquisition of additional storage space within the industrial hub of Cassago Brianza (LC).

2020

Since 2020, Villa &Riva has further invested in the cosmetics markets, offering logistics outsourcing and E-commerce services, with dedicated customer service.
Quality and Safety We have implemented an internal quality system that we constantly monitor and update with audits, reports, certified procedures and verification meetings to ensure flawless service and simple, clear and efficient workflows.

Production order Computerized management of production and filling orders and cosmetic products filling, with in-house formulations or for third parties (V&R++).
Work order Computerized management of orders work, with piking, customization, labelling and packaging.
Packaging Packaging, labelling, kit preparation and display of cosmetics, clothing and equipment (V&R++).
Transport Shipment of goods to shops or private customers (e-commerce).
Customer service Multi-lingual pre/post sales assistance.
